The British Clarinet Ensemble was formed in 1995 to tour to Finland as guests of the Finnish Clarinet Ensemble. Concerts were given in Helsinki, Kotka, Uusikaupunki and Valkeakoski.
Our British debut was in November 1995 at the Annual Conference of the British Association of Symphonic Bands and Wind Ensembles at the Royal Northern College of Music, Manchester.
Members of the BCE include clarinet teachers, students, professional and amateur players.
